 Stainless Steel Radiant Manifold For Underfloor Heating System

The PEX radiant stainless steel manifolds are made by premium stainless steel 304,  to ensure their high quality. It is normally used with 2 stainless steel manifold body with different ways or loops of brass outlet, flow meters, valve’s core, brackets and  PEX compression adapters. These manifolds are designed for using in radiant heating systems, and effectively distributes water or glycol to heat floors. And the flow meters  enhances the  functionality and readability in radiant heating applications,

•  1 pc assembled  balancing supply manifold 1” with flow meter
• 1 pc assembled balancing shut-off return manifold 1″ with valve
• 2 pcs of 1/2” air vent valve
• 2 pcs of 3/4” drain valve
• 2 pcs mounting brackets
• 3/4” * 20mm compression adapters for optional

 Product Feature

• Compared to copper pipes and steel pipes, stainless steel manifold has strong corrosion resistance.  There is no need to do regular lining coating for corrosion prevention.  The lifetime can be extended to more than 10 years.
• It has good heat resistance and can resist oxidation even at  high temperatures. With such feature, it can maintain good strength and seismic resistance, to protect our  pipelines and equipment.
• The flow meter cap has been professional redesigned to make the assembly and disassembly more easily.
• The transparent housing with marks and thicker material makes a higher level of accuracy in flow meter reading and more durable in quality.
• It makes the heat conduction speed very fast, heat loss is small, and  insulation performance is good. These characteristics make your energy saved and help you to save cost.
• With a drain valve offered, it can be more convenient for us  to remove accumulated sewage, sediment, or other impurities from the water distributor, to maintain a clean water.
